Analysis

We analyse the ticket directly in your system and we provide a description what the reason for the issue is. Dependent on the type of the issue the reasons can be classified as a technical reason e.g. program code or as a reason which is related to the customizing settings. It makes no difference for us if the reason for the ticket is a customer Z-Program, a 3rd party program or a SAP® standard program

Fix (optional)

Beside of the analysis and the description of the reason for a issue, we offer (optional) to fix the issue directly in your system. We support all SAP® technologies and all SAP® modules as well as the corresponding customizing settings. It depends on your requirements and expectations, if we just analyse the issue or if we analyse the issue and implement the fix.

Cost Reduction

    Why do we process your data (purpose of the processing) and what is the legal basis?

    We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Data Protection Act (BDSG). We process personal data to fulfil contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6(1), Subparagraph 1 GDPR.     How long are your data stored?
